Our story started when Michelle Moran built her own custom home and saw an opportunity to improve the homebuilding experience. Partnering with her father Jim McVicker, they formed a company dedicated to changing how custom homes are created. The name “J&K” represents Jim and Kathleen (Michelle’s given name), which shows our family-centered approach.

What sets us apart in Union Village is our concierge building experience. We don’t just construct houses for clients – we build with them. We guide homeowners through every decision while staying on time and within budget. This means each residence perfectly reflects the owner’s unique vision.
